Her experiences have fueled her mission to reform victim rights legislation, ensuring that no survivor ever feels unheard or unprotected again.

Kaylee Nicole Alcorn is the founder of Voices Not Silenced. A movement born from her own story of survival, strength, and transformation. Through her upcoming book, Unsilenced, Kaylee is giving voice to those who have been silenced by trauma, fear, and injustice. Her mission is to ensure that victims’ rights are not just heard but protected, creating a future where every survivor has equal standing, compassion, and the power to reclaim their future.
Outside of her advocacy work, Kaylee pours her heart into her community. She coaches youth cheerleading, helping young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and resilience, lessons that mirror the spirit of her movement. She’s also the owner of Kaylee N. Alcorn Insurance Agency, where she dedicates herself to helping families protect what matters most through honesty, empathy, and care.
Kaylee’s life reflects the very values behind Voices Not Silenced: courage, faith, and a deep belief that healing is possible. Through her movement, writing, and leadership, she continues to turn her pain into purpose and her story into hope for others.
